J.JKR discovered his passion for writing and rhyming at the age of 15. He began to give sound to his scripts. He experimented with his diverse voice and recorded it with his cell phone. He later had access to recording studios, where he made his first professional recordings. He started to act out his talent.

In 2015, the Zurich lyricist teamed up with the '12 Points' crew. Shortly thereafter, J.JKR built his own studio and started producing his own songs. In order to get the maximum out of his work, J.JKR gradually built up his team and later the label HAUTE CUISINE.

He already had the opportunity to work with various Swiss artists such as Hamza Raya, Stress, Murphy, Onkel Ari, Jordan Parat and many more. 

After J.JKR was able to celebrate the release of their first album '5112' with '12 Points' at the end of 2016 (number 12 in the iTunes charts, number 2 in the iGrooveCharts), it was high time for him to prove his talent as a solo artist. J.JKR spent the past 2 years after his album release, among other things, building a solid environment that shares his vision and knows how to support it; The best prerequisites to put his unique stamp on the current music landscape: The originally Italian-Dominican Swiss artist has understood how to put his unmistakable voice, his arsenal of flows and lyrics as well as the authentic Playa-meets-street-attitude on beats that are likely to create such a unique atmosphere that not only fits into the renaissance of the Swiss rap scene, but also one that is urgently needed.

Tacitly recognized by the competition, it is now important for J.JKR to break through from their playlists into those of the general (t) rap landscape.
